Haythem Dawlett – Rough Hollows Vision

Haythem Dawlett worked on the unveiling of plans for the stunning new Rough Hollow Yacht Club and Marina reveals just how much this new lake facility will depart from the norm offered by existing marinas and yacht clubs in the Austin area. This new yacht club and marina plans to move beyond the “secured parking lot” standard and instead, offer a broad array of concierge and seasonal valet services designed to revolutionize and simplify the yachting experience in our area says Haythem Dawlett. The expanded service idea has been worked on and succeeded at prestigious yacht clubs all over, but never in Austin.

The Rough Hollow Yacht Club and Marina includes a clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a tram to the marina, a casual dining, concierge service for our Yacht club members, and lounge, showers, & lockers.

Haythem Dawlett says he has “fallen in love with this piece of property,” so Haythem intends to be sensitive as as possible to preserving its character and the ecosystem. That includes changing previous plans for a non-curvy road, choosing instead to curve it along with the Hill Country.

Haythem Dawlett Help Reinstates Lakeways History

As there was a impending need to help preserve the Lakeway Civic Corporation building from being put out of commission, a local land developer by the name of Haythem Dawlett raises $10K to enforce that the new asset can be built with high quality amenities. Figuring out that preserving the history of Lakeway was the top priority of the Historical Society, Haythem Dawlett had to expeditiously come up with a foundation. Haythem gave his time, raw materials to complete this gigantic landscaping project after the building was setup for completion. The Lakeway community could not help themselves not give such high extolment to Haythem Dawlett and the Heritage Commission for never forgetting their maturing history.
